Closing the digital gap

During the pandemic, half of students worldwide didn’t have access to computers. Homes without technology put kids at risk of falling up to 27 months behind their peers. To help close this Digital Gap, Intel made high-performance affordable processors available in laptops so classrooms everywhere could learn and collaborate like never before.
Our goal was to show how Intel can help kids stay connected, even when they’re remote.
What we did
We needed to demonstrate the importance of connection and what better way than to show kids performing a song together remotely.
Time was of the essence so we moved fast. We completed this video two months from kick-off, using 22 musicians from all over Kansas City. The Chambers Brother’s song The Time Has Come was the perfect message to deliver.
